He-Ne激光诱变钝顶螺旋藻的初步研究
Studies on Mutagenicing of Spirulina Platensis Induced by He-Ne Laser
【摘要】 本文研究了钝顶螺旋藻在不同剂量的He-Ne(632.8nm)激光照射下引起的生理生化特性变化。研究结果表明,与出发菌株相比,经激光照射后,藻体在形态、干重、含氮量和胞外多糖等方面都有不同程度的变化,其中胞外多糖含量,提高了193%,展示了激光诱变螺旋藻的良好前景。
【Abstract】 :The Spirualina Platensis initial strain was induced with HeNe Laser at different doses.research on the changes of the physiological and biochemical characteristics induced after treating with HeNe Laser indicated that in comparison with initial strains,their dry weight,nitrogen content,exocellular polysaccharides and morpha were varied at different degrees.Among these,the exocellular polysaccharides were increased by 193%. This means that Laser mutagenicing spirulina platensis has a bright perspective.
