He-Ne激光诱变钝顶螺旋藻的初步研究

【摘要】 本文研究了钝顶螺旋藻在不同剂量的He-Ne(632.8nm)激光照射下引起的生理生化特性变化。研究结果表明,与出发菌株相比,经激光照射后,藻体在形态、干重、含氮量和胞外多糖等方面都有不同程度的变化,其中胞外多糖含量,提高了193%,展示了激光诱变螺旋藻的良好前景。

【Abstract】 :The Spirualina Platensis initial strain was induced with HeNe Laser at different doses.research on the changes of the physiological and biochemical characteristics induced after treating with HeNe Laser indicated that in comparison with initial strains,their dry weight,nitrogen content,exocellular polysaccharides and morpha were varied at different degrees.Among these,the exocellular polysaccharides were increased by 193%. This means that Laser mutagenicing spirulina platensis has a bright perspective.
