【Abstract】 In this paper, the tolerance of the tilting of a plane moving mirror in the imaging Fourier transform spectrometer (IFTS) are studied theoretically. The results show that the restriction to the moving mirror in IFTS is much more stringent than that in Fourier transform spectrometer.更多还原
