铜录山难选氧化铜矿石磨矿-浮选合理工艺流程的选择

【摘要】 剖析不同流程方案的试验结果,结合铜录山矿的生产实际,提出3个可供比较的磨矿-浮选流程.综观其优缺点,推荐原矿自磨,排矿给入螺旋分级,溢流脱泥;返砂进入球磨与旋流器构成闭路;旋流器的溢流与脱泥沉砂合并,采用新的药剂制度(配用具有捕收力的起泡剂W-2号)进行浮选,获取优质钢(金,银)精矿.该工艺适应性强,选矿成本低,经济效益高.

【Abstract】 Test results of differnet process flow schemes have been analyzed and three comparable grinding-flotation flowsheets have been put forward in line with the production practice in Tonglushan Mine. After comprehensively surveying their merits and demerits, the writer recomrnends the following scherne: autogenous grinding of the raw ore should be taken, with the discharge entering spiral classification and the overflow going for desliming: the returned sand should go into the haIl mill and form a closed-circuit with the cyclone; the overflow from the cyclone should be combined with the deslimed settled sand; a new reagent regime is to be used (together with Frother W-2 which has some collecting fea ture) for flotation. With this process, high-quality copper (gold, silver) concentrate can be obtained. This process is characterized by strong adaptability, low beneficiation cost and high economic benefits.
