用离子氮化技术制备钛基pH电极的研究
STUDY ON A Ti-BASED pH ELECTRODE BY THE IONIC NITRIDING TREATMENT
【摘要】 用离子氮化技术制备了一种钛基pH敏感电极,电极对pH的响应范围为pH2~12,斜率为55mV/PH(25℃).电极对一份田离子的选择性优于玻璃pH电极的,有较好的重现性和稳定性.用热力学计算和X射线衍射试验探讨了电极的响应机理.此电极结构牢固、耐腐蚀、寿命长,是可在一定范围内代替玻璃pH电极的新一代pH传感器.
【Abstract】 A Ti-based pH eletrode has been prepared by using the ionic nitridingtreatment. The electrode exhibits Nernst response to pH from pH 2 to 12, with a slope of55mV/pH (25 ℃ ). The electrode shows some advantages over the glass pH electrode in morerigid structure, lower resistance, and better selectivity toward cations of alkali metals.
