复印机感光鼓用铝鼓基旋压工艺的研究

【摘要】 复印机感光鼓用铝鼓基属高精度铝合金管.本文介绍了采用挤压管坯,经分层错距旋压制造铝鼓基的可行工艺.采用不同的退火和形变热处理工艺,有效地保证了6063铝鼓基的尺寸精度和机械性能.通过对施压工艺研究,确定了铝鼓基族压的最佳工艺参数:轴向错距量2.5mm,径向错距量0.4mm.旅轮趋进角分别为3°,15°和25°,道次减薄率20%~30%,送给比为0.7~0.9.

【Abstract】 Aluminium alloy tube for selenium photoconductor of duplicator requireshigh precision. The feasible stagger spinning process to extruded tubular blank has beenstudied in the paper, To obtain high precision in dimension and good mechanical properties,reasonable process of annealing and deformation heat treatment should be applied to 6063 Altube. The results show the optimal spinning parameters as below: the displacement value of2. 5mm in axis and of 0. 4mm in radius, the roll leading-in angle of 5°, 15°, 25°, respectively,the pass reduction rate of 20%~30% and the feeding rate of 0. 7~0. 9.
