【摘要】 发生在口腔颌面部韧带样纤维瘤极少见报道。本组病例，符合壁腹外韧带样纤维瘤的一般临床特点：发病年龄小，男女无明显差别，局部有损伤史等。亦符合壁腹韧带样纤维瘤的病理特征：增生的纤维母细胞肥大，呈梭形，和胶原纤维呈波浪状、编织状排列、纤维组织侵入横纹肌等，肌纤维被分隔成小岛，并萎缩变性，可见肌肉巨细胞，无异形细胞和病理核分裂。建议采用局部扩大切除和放射治疗，可有效地防止术后复发。本病需与纤维肉瘤相鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of the desmoid fibromatosis of oral maxilloface were analyzed pathologically in this paper, which was rarely reported before. The results showed that the same clinical and pathological characteristics as the desmoid of extra abdominal wall were found in these cases l. occurring youngsters; 2.fibroblast spreading, aggressive growth, the striated muscles seeing shrivel and alteration, many musculaponeurotics out atypical cells. These findings suggested that a local extended resection and radiooraxis should be performed for preventing its recurrence.更多还原
