金属离子交换分子筛的NO吸附性能

【摘要】 在固定床流动吸附装置上利用吸附一脱附法测定了各种金属离子交换分子筛上NO吸附性能.结果表明,在ZSM-5上NO的可逆吸附量(qrev)与不可逆吸附量(qiir)随交换金属离子的不同而不同.单位交换金属离子的NO可逆吸附量(qrev)与不可逆吸附量(qiir)随分子筛铝含量的减少而增加.qrev与qiir在ZSM-5分子筛上不随交换度变化,而在丝光沸石上却随交换度的变化而改变.

【Abstract】 The adsorption properties of nitrogen mon0oxide (NO) on various metal ion-exchanged zeolites were examined by adsorption-desorption measurement in a fixed bed flowapparatus. The amounts of reversible (q,..) and irreversible (q’,,) adsorption of NO werechanged with the types of metal ion and ze0lite structure. Am0ng the samples tested, thecopper ion-exchanged ZSM-5 and silver ion-exchanged mordenite showed the greatest abilityfor reversible ads0rption of NO. The am0unts 0f reversible and irreversible ads0rption of NOper metal ion exchanged increased with decreasing aluminum content of zeolites, and wereconstant, independent 0f the ion exchange level for ZSM-5 ze0lites, but changed with the ionexchange level f0r mordenite zeolites- It has also been found that the adsorption propertiesare dependent on adsorption temperature: qi., increased with decreasing adsorption tempera-ture for b0th c0pper and silver ion exchanged ze0lites, h0wever, q,.. of Cu-ZSM-5 showed amaximum at 243 K, and q,.. of Ag-MOR increased with decreasing adsorption temperature.
