手性试剂TMPEA用于手性酮对映体纯度测定的研究
Studies on the Utility of Chiral Reagent TMPEA for Measuring of Enantiomeric Purity of Chiral Ketones
【Abstract】 Chiral amine TMPEA was found to be useful in measuring of enantiomeric purityof chiraI ketones. Four pairs of diastereomeric ketimines were prepared from R-(- )-TM-PEA and dl-TMPEA with vari0us chiral ketones, the chemical shift differences between di-astereotopic protons (OCH,) were 0’ 085~0. 115, while fluorines (CF,) were 0’ 17~O. 45.
