一种新型人工胆管的实验研究
Experimental study on a New Artifitial Bile Duct
【摘要】 多年来胆总管假体未能成功的主要原因是胆汁返流和淤积造成的梗阻和逆行感染问题。本研究目的旨在对一种以聚氨酯材料制成的自律性博动式抗返流胆管假体作体外的和体内的动物实验验证。方法:体外实验对假体作压力和流速关系的测定;动物实验共6只狗,研究组3只用气囊型假体替代一段胆总管,对照组3只用球瓣型假体。均观察半年后作光镜及扫描电镜。结果:体外实验表明气囊内压的波动使假体内层随之波动而形成博动;动物实验对照组平均80天死亡,均有胆道梗阻、感染和肝内感染,而研究组半年内无一死亡,胆道无明显梗阻感染。结论:气囊型假体可能是解决胆管假体置换后逆行感染的有效途径。
【Abstract】 The key problems of unsuccessful choledochus replacement in the past are cholestasis and retrograde infection. The present study is to verify a polyurethene replacement that may resist bile-retrograde and cholestasis by self-rhythmic beating. External experiment testing the relationship between air-bag pressure and bile-flow velocity in the replacement. The animal experiment had 6 dogs, 3 with air-bag replacement in research group,the others with ball-valve replacement in control. Sll were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results: The inner waving in the air-bag replacement happened when changing in air-bag pressure. The dogs in control died fron choledochal and intrahapeticinfection in average 80 days.
