【摘要】 本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术（ＰＡＧＥ）研究了罗氏沼虾产卵前后，其眼柄神经分泌细胞、脑神经节、肝、心、卵巢和肌肉的酯酶同工酶，结果发现，在这些细胞和组织器官中的酯酶同工酶谱带，均有不同程度的变化，酶的活性在产卵后多大于产卵前更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies esterase isozyme of six tissues-eyestalk neurosecretory cell, brain ganlion, liver, heart, ovary and muscle from Macrobrachium rosenbergii before and after oviposition by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The results showed that esterase isozyme bands of these tissues cell have changed invarying degree.In general, the enzyme activities are higher in after oviposition than before it.更多还原
