GaAs薄膜的飞秒瞬态反射谱与透射谱
Femtosecond Transient Transmission and Reflection Spectroscopy of GaAs Thin Film
【摘要】 本文测量了GaAs薄膜的瞬态反射谱和透射谱,计算了其复介电常数、复折射率的瞬态变化,发现瞬态透射谱主要反映了样品吸收的变化,而瞬态反射谱则同时受折射率和吸收变化的影响
【Abstract】 The femtosecond transient transmission and reflection spectra of GaAs thin film are measured. and the transient complex dielectric constant and complex refractive indexarecal culated from the experimental results. It is found that the transient transmission spectrum is dominated by the change in the absorption of the sample while the transient reflection spectrum is affected by both the change the refractive index and the change in the absorption of the sample.
