激光超声及其在无损检测中的应用
Laser Ultrasonics and Its Applications for Non-destructive Testing
【摘要】 简要地介绍了目前常用的各种无损检测技术,对利用激光产生与接收超声波的原理进行了说明,着重讨论了激光超声的主要技术特点,包括其突出的优点及目前尚存在的一些问题。在此基础上,指出了这一技术几个十分重要的应用举例及今后的发展方向。
【Abstract】 ?Several kinds of commonly used nondestructive testing technique at present are reviewed. The physical principles underlying the generation and reception of ultrasound by laser are discussed briefly. The authors highlight some of the main features of laser ultrasonics,including those which give practical advantages and disadvantages compared with other types of transducer. Some most important application areas of this tech-nique and future prospects for laser techniques in ultrasonics are pointed out finally.
