【Abstract】 150 cases of vocal polyp specimens were examined histologically under microscope. It was manifested that no specific changes were found at epithelial layers of polyps. The stroma of the polyps exhibited a variety of appearances. Diffuse or circumscribed edematous, angiectatic, hyaline, and fibrous changes were seen in most of polyps. Local hemorrhage and haemosiderin pigment were presented in some cases. Inflammatory cellular infiltrate was very common. Combined with review of literature, the histo-pathological classification of vocal polyps is discussed.更多还原
