萘相萃取分光光度法测定微量锰的研究
Study on Spectrophotometric Determination of Microamount Manganese with Naphathalene Phase Extraction
【摘要】 用萘作为萃取剂,以5-Br-PADAP为显色剂测定微量锰,研究表明,络合物最大吸收波长为560nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.07×105Lmol-1cm-1,Mn(Ⅱ)在0.2~6.0μg/7mL范围内符合比耳定律,该法灵敏度高,快速简便。方法应用于食品,水样中锰的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A new method of spectrophotometric determining microamount manganese is proposed. It is based on selecting maphathalene as extraction agent to extract the colour complex of 5 Br PADAP with Mn(Ⅱ). The maximum absorption of the complex is at 560mm and the molar absorptivity is 1.09×10 5L\5mol 1 \5cm 1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration range from (Ⅱ) in water and dood with satisfactory results.
