杂多酸修饰离子敏感场效应晶体管的研究Ⅱ──硅钨酸 FET 的制备和应用
Study on Siw 12 Heteropolyacid Modified Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistors Ⅱ: The Preparation and Application of SiW 12 FET
【摘要】 用硅钨酸修饰离子敏感场效应晶体,并且其分析盐酸黄莲素.传感器对黄莲素的能斯特响应范围是1.0×10-3-5.0×10-7mol/L斜率为59mV/PC,适宜pH范围为2.0~11.5,检测下限为7.0×10-7mol/L。用其分析盐酸黄莲素片含量分析结果和药典方法相一致。
【Abstract】 The modified ion Sensitive field effect transistors (ISFET)with SiW 12 heteropolyacid is made, and used to analyze Berberine hydrochloride. The sensors exhibits Nernst response for berberine cation with a slope of 59mV/decade in the concentration range fom 1.0×10 -3 to 5.0×10 -7 mol/L.It has been used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride content in tablet. The results obtained agree with the method in pharmacopeia.
