高灵敏分光光度法测定食品中痕量铜-Cu(I)-SCN~--罗丹明 B-PVA 体系
Highly Sensitive Spectropotometric Determination of Trace copper in Foods
【摘要】 研究了在硫酸介质中,Cu(I)-SCN--罗丹明B体系当有明胶和聚乙烯醇存在时的高灵敏显色反应,该反应的λmax=605nm,ε605=2.3×105L·mol-1·cmol-1,铜在0~6.0μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定的方法测定大米、面粉等食品中痕量铜,选择性好,灵敏度高,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of Cu(Ⅰ) is investigated by use of the colour reaction of Cu(Ⅰ)-SCN --RhB system in the presente of gelalin and PVA. The maximum abscorption wavelength of the complex is 605nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.3×10 5 L\5mol -1 \5cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed for copper in the range from 0 to 6.0 μg/25mL. The method has been applied to the determination of copper in food samples with satisfactory results.
