Cu(Ⅱ)与 DBH-PF 显色反应的研究及应用
Study on the Color Reaction of Copper(Ⅱ) with 2,3,7-Trihydroxy-9-Dibromo-Hydroxyphenyl Fluorone and Its Application
【摘要】 Cu(Ⅱ)与DBH-PF生成1∶3的紫色络合物,在pH5.4六次甲基四胺-HCl缓冲介质中在表面活性剂CPB-OP存在下,显色反应时间为10min,络合物一经反应完全至少可稳定10h吸光度不变,摩尔吸光系数为1.65×105L·mol-1·cm-1,最大吸收波长于538nm处,比耳定律范围为0~9μg/25ml,方法已被应用于铝合金标样和硫铁矿中铜含量的测定,获满意的结果。
【Abstract】 The Copper(Ⅱ) can react with 2,3,7-Trihydroxy-9-Dibromo-Hydroxy phenyl Fluorone(DBH-PF)to form 1∶3 purple miceue complex in the (CH 2) 6N 4-HCl buffer solution (pH5.4) containing CPB and OP,The color is stabble and can keep for at least 10h.The molor absorptivity is 1.65×10 5L -1 ·cm -1 at 538nm.Beers law is obeyed in the range From 0 to 9 mg/25mL.This method has been applied to the determination of copper in alloy aluminium and pyrites with satisfactory results.
