锆-5-Br-PADAP-亚氨基二乙酸-Triton X-100 体系的显色反应及其应用
Study on the Colour Reaction of Zr(Ⅳ)-5-Br-PADAP-Iminodiacetic acid-TritonX-100 System and Its Analytical Application
【摘要】 在pH3.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,有TritonX-100存在下,Zr(Ⅳ)-2-(5-溴-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)-亚氨基二乙酸形成1∶2∶2的混配胶束有色配合物,配合物最大吸收波长为592nm,摩尔吸光系数为7.8×104L·mol-1·cm-1。锆量在0~1.20mg/L范围符合比尔定律,方法用于矿石中微量锆的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 In acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer medium at pH 3.5, Zr(Ⅳ) reacts with 5-Br-PADAP and iminodiacetic acid to form a micellar mixed ligand complex with a molar ratio of 1∶2∶2 in the presence of TritonX-100. The muticomponent complex exhibits maximum absorption at 592 nm with a molar absorptivity of 7.8×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer’s law is obeyed in the range 0~1.20mg/L for zirconium. the proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace zirconium in ores with satisfactory results.
