ISI-2802激光直写系统及其应用
Model ISI 2802 Laser Direct Write System and Its Applications
【摘要】 介绍中国科学院光电技术研究所微细加工光学技术国家重点实验室引进的国内首台激光直写系统的工作模式、基本结构、主要性能和应用范围等，并给出用这台设备已经作出的一些掩模图形的样品。
【Abstract】 The operating mode,basic constitution,main performances and application range of the first imported laser direct write system of the State Key Laboratory of Optical Technology for Microfabrication are introduced.Some mask patterns made by the equipment are given.
