浅谈重大工程建设的测量监理

【摘要】 本文从上海的几项重大工程建设测量的体会中，简要论述了工程建设监理的作用和意义，从社会监理的角度来说明测量监理是工程建设监理的重要组成部分，其主要职能应是质量监理。在进行测量监理中，首要的是确立检测基准，配置合理的精度指标、传递层次。最后结合上海三座黄浦江大桥及地铁一号线的监理工作，小结了如何搞好测量监理的几点经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper, in view of the experiences in several big construction projects such as three bridges of huangpu River and No.1 subway in Shanghai, describes the role and significance of survey supervision which is an important part in construction, aimed at quailty control, and also suggests that the measuring data with reasonable accuracy and the induced procedures be determined first while its implementation.更多还原
