ZL50D装载机后车架结构强度测试研究
A study in the structural strength measurement for the rear frame of Model ZL500
【摘要】 对ZL50D装载机进行了静态负重、静态加载和动态实际作业测试，从而掌握了其应力分布规律与变化趋势，并得出了车架关键部位的应力谱，为其动力分析与疲劳寿命估算提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 The static loading and actual dynamic opcration of theloader ZL50D are tested and measured. The rule of stressdistribution and its variation trc11d arc hcncc mastercd andthe stress spectrum on kcy locations of the rcar framc arcobtained to provide basis for its dynamic analysis and thecvaluation of fatigue life.
