【摘要】 为提高老年脑梗塞患者的治愈及好转率，降低致残率，在传统治疗的基础上，加用He－Ne激光血管内照射（ILLLI）疗法，对40例老年脑梗塞患者进行观察，并与单纯传统治疗组对照，发现ILLLI组基本治愈及显效率为60％，明显高于传统治疗组（45％），P＜0．05，ILLLI组治疗后患者的血液粘稠度、血球压积、血胆固醇等亦较治疗前明显降低，提示ILLLI具有较好治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intravascular low level laser irradiation therapy (ILLLI) was used to treat 40 elder patients with cerebral infarction (CI) in addition to routine treatment. As comparedwith control group rocceiving the rutine treatment only, itwas found that the total cured rate was up to 60 percent,significantly higer than that of the control group (45 percent ), P < 0. 05.
