【摘要】 对35例主动脉夹层的临床资料进行分析，对本病的病因、临床表现、特殊检查发现及治疗经验进行了讨论。认为既往有高血压动脉硬化的男性突发胸背腹部撕裂样疼痛、周围动脉搏动强弱不等、两侧肢体血压不一致、胸痛伴声嘶、咯血、吞咽困难、呼吸困难、肾功能受损、衰竭，突然出现主动脉瓣区收缩期和（或）舒张期杂音，虽有胸腹痛出现休克征象而血压轻降、不降反而升高等可作为本病早期诊断的几点重要线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty - five Patients with aortic dissection were analyzed, and the etiology . mani festations . specific investigations and therapeutical experience trere discussed. Several major clues to early diagnosis were put forward as follow:sudden tearing chest - back - abdomen pain on mafe withunderlying hypertention and atherodcleresis ,varying peripheral arterial pulse in intellsity, inconsistent bilateral extremtal boold pressure ,chest pain accompanied by hoarseness,hemoptysis, dysphagia dyspnea, impairment of renal function, sudden aortic systolic and/or diastolic murmur,chestabdomen pain accompanied by signs of shock with only slight blood pressure decrease or even increase instead.更多还原
