【摘要】 利用ELISA实验研究了消化进肿瘤病人术前及术后1周血清TNF－α、IL－6及IL－8水平的变化。结果显示：患者血清IL－6、IL－8水平在术前显著高于正常人（P＜0．001），术后明显下降（P＜0．05），接近正常水平；血清TNF－a水平在术前明显低于正常人（P＜0．001），水后虽高于术前，但仍低于正常水平。术后TNF－α与IL－8呈正相关（P＜0．05）。表明消化道肿瘤病人的细胞免疫功能可能处于一种抑制成紊乱状态；手术切除肿瘤可改善病人的细胞免疫功能，使之趋于平衡。提示检测消化遗肿瘤病人手术前后血清TNF－α、IL－6及IL－8水平变化可作为病人免疫状态的监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum TNF-α, IL-6 & IL-8 levels before and afteroperation in patients with digestive tract tumor were studied by ELISA metods. The results demonstrate that serum TNF-αlevel is lower than the normal before and after operation obvi-ously (P < 0.001), the serum IL-6 & IL-8 levels is higherthan the normal before operation (P < 0.001 ) but as same asthe normal afier operation, and that there is a ohvious rela-tionship between TNF-α and IL-8 after operation. It indicatesthat there is immune function disorder in patients with diges-tive tract tumor, and that operation can improve the patients cellar immune function .
