【摘要】 随机抽取风心病二尖瓣狭窄病变60例，分别采用闭式扩张、辩膜成形及瓣膜替换术。经术后5～15年随诊观察，分析其远期疗效，认为若根据二尖辩病变程度，正确选择相应手术方式，可取得较满意远期疗效。文中提出对各类病变的手术适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 60 cases suffering from rheumatic mitral stenosis wereabatracted by randomization and were taken surgical treatmentby close cominissurotoniy,mitral valvuloplasty and mitralvalve replacement.Their long- term result were analysed after the operation from 5 to 15 years follow up.Conclusions:the long term result will be satisfactory if you choose differentsurgical practices correctly according to the type of mitralstenosis.
