黄肉桃引种及罐藏性能研究

【摘要】 1988~1995年,先后从全国各地引进黄肉桃品种29个,种植于试验园,对各品种的物候期、生长结果习性、果实性状以及果实罐藏性能等进行了观察和研究。经鉴选认为,罐桃5号、罗米粒适应贵州气候条件,且具丰产性,罐藏性能良好,可作为贵州罐藏黄桃品种推广。橙香果实产量高,香味浓,酸甜适中,但果实较小,不宜制罐,可作为早熟鲜桃栽培品种应用

【Abstract】 yellow pulp peach varieties were introduced and planted in the experimental orchard from 1988 to 1995.Their phenological phase,growth and fruiting characters,fruit properties and canning storage properties were investigated.By means of the identification,it was known that varieties Guandao 5 and Luomili were adaptable to the climate conditions in Guizhou,and showed high yield and good canning storage properties.They could be extended as yellow pulp peach varieries in Guizhou,Although Chenxiang showed high yield with heavy fragrance and proper saccharinity,but its fruit is too small and unsuitable for canning,It could used as fresh peach to meet the market.
