轧辊用高碳高速钢系合金的KIC及力学性能

【摘要】 研究了新开发的轧辊用高碳高速钢系合金的 K1C值、弯曲强度、压缩强度。结果表明,这类合金具有优良的力学性能和 K1C值,同高铬铸铁相比 K1C值高约40%~200%。随碳量增加,K1C值、弯曲强度明显下降,压缩强度下降不明显;钒含量增加上述性能均增加。回火温度升高,弯曲强度、压缩强度下降,K1C值升高;回火次数增加,弯曲强度下降,K1C值升高,压缩强度几乎不变。材料的断裂属脆性断裂,碳含量低时为准解理断裂;碳含量高时为解理断裂。

【Abstract】 The K1cbending and compressive strengths of high carbon high speed steel has been investigated.The experimental results show that comparing to the high Cr gray cast iron the K1cof high carbon high speed steel is increased by 40%~200%.But K1cand bending strength is decreased with the increase of carbon content.Almost the same is true of compressive strength.While the Cr content increases,all the mechanical properties are improved.K1cand bending strength is also increased with an increase of tempering temperature.The bending strength,however,tends to decrease.Two modes of brittle fracture are observed depending upon the carbon content.When the carbon content is high the fracture is mainly of cleavage,and is of quasi-cleavage when the carbon content is low.
