富氧喷煤条件下高炉内焦炭显微结构的研究

【摘要】 在宝钢2号高炉(4063 m~3)风口喷吹煤粉水平75.4~118.2 kg/t 期间,取7批风口焦样,并测定其焦炭显微结构组成。经风口焦与其相应入炉焦的显微结构进行对比研究后,得出若干在炼焦领域中有重要意义的焦炭显微结构组成变化的规律。

【Abstract】 Seven groups of coke near tuyere and feed coke samples were taken from a blast furnace(4063 m~3)with coal injection of 75.4~118.2 kg/t.The microstructure of all samples has been studied deeply.A comparison has been made between the microstructures of tuyere coke and feed coke.The law of change of coke microstructure has been revealed, which is considered to be of great significance to the theory and practice of coke-making.
