镍-钨-磷合金化学镀的研究
A Study on Chemical Plating of Ni-W-P Ternary Alloy
【摘要】 研究镀液组成和工艺参数对镀层成份和沉积速率的影响规律.用XRD、SEM、EDS和XPS等现代分析手段研究了合金镀层的结构、表面形貌、成份及镀层中元素存在的价态.结果表明,用这种工艺可成功地制得Ni-W-P三元非晶态合金.非晶态合金中Ni、W、P均以零价态形式存在
【Abstract】 It was studied that chemical plating basin composition and operation could produce an effect on content of W and P in Ni-W-P ternary alloy coating and rate of deposition. The structure and appearance of deposits, content and valency of Ni, W and P in Ni-W-P ternary alloy coating were analysed by XRD, SEM, EDC and XPS. The results show that Ni-W-P Ternary amophous alloy can be successfully prepared by chemical plating technology. The valency of Ni, W, P in amorphous ternary alloy coating is zero.
