折板结构的拓扑优化设计
The Topological Optimun Design of Folding Plate Structure
【摘要】 从工程实际出发,引用一种折板结构代替板肋结构〔1〕,并应用折板结构的力学特性,建立了约束隐函数同几何设计变量的近似关系式.结合可行方向法的思想,提出一个不必对约束隐函数求偏导数,不必求解线性规划的优化算法,有效地解决了该类结构的拓扑可调优化问题.应用实例表明,算法的优化效果良好
【Abstract】 In this paper, we cite a folding plate structure replacing the plate-rib structure from engineering needs. And using the mechanics specificity of the structure we establish a explicit approximate relation formala between implicit constraint functions and design variables. Combining the thought of feasible direction algorithm, we present an optimal algorithm not calculating the derivatives of implicit constraint functions and not solving any linear programmings. It efficiently resolves the topological optimization problem of the structure. The application examples demonstrate the result of the optimization is well.
