【Abstract】 This paper reviews the syntheses of (1 R ,2 S ) or (1 S , 2 R ) 1,2 diphenyl 2 amino ethanol derivatives as chiral ligands and their applications in asymmetric catalytic reactions, such as hydrogenation of α,β dehydroamino acids, diethylzinc addition, reduction of ketones, alkylation of active methylene compounds, trimethylsilylcyanation of aldehydes and reformatsky reaction. The effects of the structure of chiral ligands and substrates, reaction condition on the enantioselectivities and activities of the reactions are also discussed.更多还原
