α-烷胺基苯乙酮复合体系的 UV 固化研究
STUDY OF UV CURING USING α-ALKYLAMINOACETOPHENONE COMBINATION SYSTEM
【摘要】 α烷胺基苯乙酮(αAK)和一般安息香醚及苯乙酮光引发剂相比较,在近紫外区有较高的吸收系数,若将其与能吸收更长波段光的光引发剂复合使用,可以进一步提高它们的引发能力。实验结果表明,反应活性的增加取决于复合体系的组成,采用2,2二甲基2N吗啉基对甲硫基苯乙酮和2氯硫杂蒽酮,二乙基硫杂蒽酮或二异丙基硫杂蒽酮能获得显著的增加,而米嗤酮的效果比硫杂蒽酮低。
【Abstract】 αalkylaminoacetophenones (αAK) have higher absorption coefficients in the near UV region than the usual benzoin ether and acetophenone type photoinitiators Their initiating ability can be further improved by the addition of other initiators with longer wavelength absorption than the αAK The experimental results show that the reactivity enhancement depends on the combination components An important increase can be obtained by coupling aAK with CTX, DETX or ITX, whereas the addition of MK is less effective than TX, and BP has not significant synergetic effects on the photocuring It should be noted that these combination systems are more suitable for the curing of pigmented formulations than clear coatings compared with other usually used commercial photoinitiators
