α-烷胺基苯乙酮复合体系的 UV 固化研究

【摘要】 α烷胺基苯乙酮(αAK)和一般安息香醚及苯乙酮光引发剂相比较,在近紫外区有较高的吸收系数,若将其与能吸收更长波段光的光引发剂复合使用,可以进一步提高它们的引发能力。实验结果表明,反应活性的增加取决于复合体系的组成,采用2,2二甲基2N吗啉基对甲硫基苯乙酮和2氯硫杂蒽酮,二乙基硫杂蒽酮或二异丙基硫杂蒽酮能获得显著的增加,而米嗤酮的效果比硫杂蒽酮低。

【Abstract】 αalkylaminoacetophenones (αAK) have higher absorption coefficients in the near UV region than the usual benzoin ether and acetophenone type photoinitiators Their initiating ability can be further improved by the addition of other initiators with longer wavelength absorption than the αAK The experimental results show that the reactivity enhancement depends on the combination components An important increase can be obtained by coupling aAK with CTX, DETX or ITX, whereas the addition of MK is less effective than TX, and BP has not significant synergetic effects on the photocuring It should be noted that these combination systems are more suitable for the curing of pigmented formulations than clear coatings compared with other usually used commercial photoinitiators
