溴代对竹红菌乙素光敏活性的影响
INFLUENCE OF BROMINATION ON ACTIVITY OF PHOTOSENSITIZATION OF HYPOCRELLIN B
【摘要】 在DMF-水体系中用自旋捕捉、消自旋等ESR技术测定了竹红茵乙素(HB)及其两种溴代物(5-Br-HB和5,8-diBr-HB)光敏产生1O2、O·-2及负离子自由基的相对产额,发现单溴代未增加HB1O2的产额,而二溴代使HB1O2的产额增加20%左右,但同时降低其经电子转移产生O·-2和负离子自由基的能力。
【Abstract】 In this paper, ESR techniques of spin trapping and spin counteraction were used to determine the relative yields of 1O 2, O ·- 2 and anion radical produced during photosensitization of hypocrellin B (HB) and its brominated products (5-Br-HB and 5,8-diBr-HB). It was found that monobromination did not increase the yield of 1O 2 of HB and dibromination enhanced the yield of 1O 2 about 20%, but decreased its ability of generating O ·- 2 and anion radical through electron transfer at same time.
