辐射 PVDF/PEA 共混物的熔融与结晶行为研究

【摘要】 PVDF/PEA共混物熔融后在冰水中淬火或自然冷却,制得两种不同结晶度的试样,经电子束辐照后,用示差热分析等方法研究它们的熔融与结晶行为。结果表明,自然冷却试样的熔点Tm和结晶温度Tc随辐照剂量的增加而降低,而熔融热焓ΔHf、结晶度Xc和结晶热焓ΔHc随辐照剂量的增加先增加后降低。同一试样的两次升温和降温DSC结果表明,Tc和ΔHc不变,而Tm、ΔHf和Xc都降低;经冰水淬火试样的熔融峰随辐照剂量的增大而逐渐发生熔融峰分裂。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the samples of PVDF/PEA blend with different crystallinity were made by melting and natural cooling or quenching in ice water. The samples were irradiated by electron beam at different dose. The result of DSC analysis shows that the melting temperature T m and crystallization temperature T c of the samples by natural cooling decrease with the increase of absorbed dose, but the enthalpy of fussion ΔH f , crystallinity X c and the enthalpy of crystallization ΔH c first increase and then decrease slowly with the increase of absorbed dose. The DSC resultsfor second heating and cooling samples indicate that T m ,X c, ΔH f tend todecrease, but the T c and ΔH c do not change. It is foundthat the melting peaks split in DSC ofirradiated sample of PVDF/PEA blend by quenched in ice water.
