动力学-压电石英晶体传感器测定水中微量汞的研究
Study on the Kinetic Determination of Trace Mercury(Ⅱ) in Waste Water with PQC Sensor
【摘要】 基于涂银压电石英晶体(PQC)对CN-离子的灵敏响应,应用汞(Ⅱ)对六氰合铁(Ⅱ)酸钾与邻二氮杂菲反应的动力学催化作用,建立了动力学-PQC传感器单面触液测定微量汞的新方法。研究了PQC传感器对汞的响应机理、响应曲线、实验条件及共存离子干扰情况。应用于废水中微量汞的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 a method has been offered for the kinetic determination of trace mercury(Ⅱ) on the basis of the following catalytic reaction by mercury(Ⅱ) ion:[Fe(CN) 6] 4- +3 o phen[Fe( o phen) 3] 2+ +6CN -,and the sensitive response of piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) to the cyanide ion.The response mechanism of mercury(Ⅱ) ion to PQC sensor、response curve、the optimum conditions for the replacement reaction and the effects of the foreign ions have been studied.This method has been applied to the determination of mercury(Ⅱ) ion in waste water with satisfactory results.
