【Abstract】 in this paper,we proposed a spectroelectrochemical method for the determination of ascorbic acid in fruit,discussed the optimum conditions of quantitative analysis.The linear range is 1.0×10 -5 ～1 0×10 -4 mol/L and the detection limit is 4×10 -6 mol/L.The method is simple and practical without any background interference.The results are satisfiactory with high recovery更多还原
