【摘要】 论述了开展数字化测图及开发地理信息系统的必要性与可能性,说明了数字化测图的技术要求及GIS软件的选择原则。

【Abstract】 The necessity and possibility of the digital mapping and GIS are discrssed. The reguirements of the digital mapping and the principlt of GIS distette are explained.
