新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮磺光度测定铅的研究与应用
Study On the Spectrophotometric Determination of Lead With A New Chromogenic Reagent Dibromo p Methylsulfonazo and Its Analytical Application
【摘要】 在0.24mol·L-1H3PO4介质中,铅与二溴对甲基偶氮磺形成1∶2蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长在630nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.99×104L·mol-1·cm-1.铅量在0-20μg/25mL内符合比耳定律.方法应用于铜合金中微量铅的测定,结果满意.
【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method for the determination on lead with a new chromogenic reagent dibromo p methylsulfonazo is studied. In 0.24 mol·L -1 H 3PO 4 medium, lead reacts with the reagent to form a blue complex which has a composition of 1∶2 and exhibits an absorption maximum at 630 nm with a molar absorptivity of 7.99×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beers law is obeyed for 0-20μg of lead in 25mL of solution. The method has been applied to the determination of micro amounts of lead in copper alloys with satisfactory results.
