动力学荧光法测定柠檬酸
A Kinetic-fluorimetric Method for Determination of Citric Acid
【摘要】 拟定了一个动力学荧光测定柠檬酸的新方法,在硫酸介质中,柠檬酸能活化钒(Ⅴ)催化氯酸钾氧化罗丹明 6G,使其荧光猝灭,方法检出限为 1.3 × 10-6mol/L;线性范围为 4.0×10-6~1.2×10-4mol/L。直接用于柠檬酸钠注射液、汽水中柠檬酸的测定。回收率为 96%~100.5%,获得满意结果;
【Abstract】 A kinetic-fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of citric acid. The method is based on the activation effect of citric acid on oxidation of rhodamine 6G by KClO3 in the presence of vanadium (Ⅴ), which acts as a catalyst in the solution of sulfuric acid. The detection limit for citric acid is 1. 3 X 10-6 mol/L, the linear range of determination is 4. 0 X 10-6~ 1. 2 X 10-4 mol/L. The method has been used to determine citric acid in injection of sodium citrate and aerated water with satisfactory results.
