【摘要】 在酸性条件下，盐酸环丙沙星对Ｃｅ（Ⅳ）－Ｎａ2 ＳＯ3 微弱化学发光体系具有很强的增敏作用，据此，建立了流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸环丙沙星的新方法。该方法对盐酸环丙沙星的检出限为０．２７ ｍｇ／Ｌ，相对标准偏差(n=11,c=1.00 ｍｇ／Ｌ）为０．８％，对盐酸环丙沙星胶囊和片剂的测定结果与标准方法一致，回收率在９６％～１０８％之间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride can greatly enhance the emission intensity of the weak chemiluminescence reaction of cerium(Ⅳ) and sulphite in acid medium. Based on this phe- nomenon, a new method for determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride is developed. The detection limit is 0.27mg/L and the relative standard deviation (n =11, C = 1.00 mg/L) is 0.8%. This method has been applied to the determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in tablets and capsules with recovery between 96% and 108%,and the results agree well with colorimetic method.更多还原
