蛋白同化激素类兴奋剂质谱法检测的现状和发展
Application and Development of Anabolic Steroids Analysis in Doping Control Area by Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 对蛋白同化激素类兴奋剂检测的发展和现状进行了评述，除目前常规的色谱／质谱联用选择离子检测方法外，强调指出了高分辨质谱和串联质谱的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A review of 47 references is given. which is about the history of anabolic steroids used by athletes and the methods taken in this doping contro1 area. In addition to the cus- tomarily applied GC/MS(SIM) technique, the use of HRMS and MS/MS is highly recom- mended by the authors.
