【Abstract】 A sensitive and selective method for determination of isoniazide has been deve1- oped. It is based on 1uminol-Mn(Ⅱ)-KlO4 chemiluminescence reaction with isoniazide as a sensitizer. The detection limit is 3 ×108g/mL. The linear range of the working curves is 1. 0 ×107～1. 0 ×105g/mL.
