用激光激发原子荧光光谱仪测定南极冰雪样品中铅含量
Laser Excited Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer and Lead Content Determination of Antarctic Ice-Snow Sample
【摘要】 自行研制的原子荧光光谱仪,由无焰石墨炉原子化器、准分子激光器泵浦的脉冲染 料激光器等组成。用其对95个南极冰雪样品中的铅进行了测量,其含量在4×10-12~4.7× 10-11g/mL之间。本方法的检出限为0.2×10-12g/mL,精密度为7%。
【Abstract】 This paper reports a newly designed laser excited fluorescence spectrometer. It consists of a graphite furnace electrothermal atomizer and an excimerlaser pumped dye laser. This spectrometer has been applied to the analysis of 95 Antarctic ice-snow samples. Results show that the Pb content in samples ranges from 4 × 10-12 to 47 × l0-12 g/mL. A detection limit of 0. 2× 10-12 g/mL and a precision of 7% are obtained.
