【Abstract】 A method was developed for determining chlorpropham residue in grains and oil seeds by gas chromatography. The chlorpropham residue in samples is extracted with methanol. The extract is partitioned with n-hexane and chromatographed on a Florisil col- umn. The determination is carried out using a gas chromatograph equipped with a nitrogen- phosphorus detector. The detection limit is 0. 02 μg/g. The recovery is from 87. 5% to 92. 9%.更多还原
