气相色谱──计算机在白酒勾兑中的应用
The Application of Gas Chromatography-Computer in the Blend of Hangzhou Daqu
【摘要】 通过对杭州大曲主要呈香显味微量组发的气相色谱分析，建立了杭州大曲的酒体模型，利用线性规划原理设计了白酒计算机勾兑系统。勾兑结果通过评定，证实采用该计算机勾兑系统可提高勾兑效率并降低生产成本。
【Abstract】 The model of wine body of Hangzhou Daqu was established.Depending on the content of main microcomponents of hangzhou Daqu,a software for wine blend was designed by linear program.The evaluation test of the software was good.
