【Abstract】 This paper reports a study of the relationship between the cyanide concentration in the rat’s bloodand the liver and the duration of sample storage by the fluorometric method. The blood cyanide con-centration increased slowly within 120h after giving the the cyanide,followed by decreasing between120h & 168h. Liver cyanide concentration increased with in 168h after cyanide administration. Theformula of the linearidy of cyanide cohcentration and the temperature and the duration of sample stor-age were established.更多还原
