Al-Li合金中金属间相的电化学行为
ELECTROCHEMICAL BEHAVIORS OF PRECIPITATE PHASES IN Al Li ALLOY
【摘要】 制备了Al-Li合金中的金属间相δ(Al-Li)、T1(Al2CuLi)、T2(Al6CuLi3)、S'(Al2MgCu)、T(Al2MgLi),在3.5%NaCl溶液中测试了这些相的自腐蚀电位和动态极化行为.结果表明:T1、T2、T相存在钝化现象,S'相则没有;这些金属间相的腐蚀倾向以T2、T1、S'、T、δ的顺序增大,腐蚀速度以T2、T、S'、T1、δ的顺序增大;在8090Al-Li合金中这些相都作为阳极相优先发生腐蚀,T2、T1相的耐蚀性好于其它相;控制合金中金属间相的尺寸、数量和分布可以改善Al-Li合金的耐蚀性.
【Abstract】 Some intermetallic phases in Al Li alloy were prepared, and their free corrosion potential and potentiodynamic polarization behaviors in 3.5% NaCl solution were investigated. Experimental results showed that, the corrosion susceptibilities of these phases increased in the sequence of T 2、T 1、S’、T、δ, while the corrosion rates increased in the sequence of T 2、T、S’、T 1、δ. All these phases would act as anodes in the corrosion processes of 8090 Al Li alloys under heat treatment conditions, T 2 and T 1 showed better than the others. Corrosion resistance of Al Li alloy might be improved by controlling the sizes, contents and distributions of these intermetallic phases.
