【摘要】 目的:为了探讨真菌药敏试验方法。方法:比较了沙保罗氏琼脂法和BYNB半固体稀释法两种方法测定达扶康、大蒜素对33株念珠菌的敏感性。结果显示:沙保罗氏琼脂法测定达扶康MIC均大于100μg/ml。两种方法测定大蒜素MIC₅₀均具有良好的重复性。结论:大蒜素可应用与达扶康等常用抗真菌药敏试验相同的BYNB培养基,而沙氏琼脂法不适合测定达扶康MIC。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To evaluate Fungal susceptibility test. Method: An comparative analyses of fungal susceptibility testing of allicin and FLU was done by using buffered years nitrogen base ( BYNB) medium and Sabouraud’ s medium with 33 isolates fungal. Results: It showed that Sabouraud’s medium of MIC50 for FLU were very high. The agreement of both methods for allicin were excellent. Conclusion: BYNB medium of MIC50 for allicin was as well as other antifungal drug.更多还原
