【摘要】通过PCR技术,构建与克隆了IL2/GMCSF融合基因,并进行了序列测定。该融合基因的克隆成功,为表达具有IL2、GMCSF双功能活性的新型融合蛋白,以及发现细胞因子的新生物学功能等研究提供了有利条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 With PCR technique, a clone of fusion gene IL2/GMCSF was constructed and the sequence was determined. The successful clone could be used for expressing a fusion protein with both biological activities of IL2 and GM-CSF and discussing newly biological activities of cytkine.更多还原
