添加剂对Cr2O3-Al系SHS反应的影响

【摘要】 研究了添加CrO3-Al、Fe2O3-Al+MgO及Ti-C的Cr2O3-Al系的燃烧特性。实验发现,添加CrO3-Al、Fe2O3-Al+MgO时,自蔓燃反应易于引发;体系中混入Ti-C添加剂对反应引发不利,但在用纯Ti-C作引火剂情况下可以引发。随着CrO3-Al添加量的增加,燃烧温度升高,但添加量大于20%时,燃烧温度反而下降。燃烧温度随Fe2O3-Al+MgO添加量的增加而升高。Ti-C添加量的增大对燃烧温度影响不大。燃烧速度随以上添加剂量的增大而增大

【Abstract】 he combustion characters of Cr 2O 3 Al system, in which CrO 3 Al, Fe 2O 3 Al+MgO and Ti C are added, have been researched. The ignition of Cr 2O 3 Al system is easy to carry out when CrO 3 Al and Fe 2O 3 Al+MgO are added in. When Ti C additive is mixed in CrO 3 Al mixture, it has negative effect on the ignition of Cr 2O 3 Al system, but combustion becomes easy to be ignited when Ti C igniter is put on the surface of mixture. Combustion temperature will increases with the increasing of CrO 3 Al, but it decreases when the additive quantity of CrO 3 Al is more than 20 percent. Combustion temperature also increases with the increasing of Fe 2O 3 Al+MgO.The increasing of Ti C has a little effect on combustion temperature. Combustion velocity increases with the increase of these additives.
